UX/UI DESIGN for SAAS & mobile
Point of Sales System for a Golf Management Software
As a UX/UI Consultant on the Club Prophet project, I was part of a comprehensive redesign of their golf management software with the focus on the Point of Sale (POS) systems. The goal was to create a more intuitive, efficient, and feature-rich platform that addressed the needs of both golfers and golf course managers.

Our solutions focused on understanding user needs and pain points through thorough research and discovery, followed by brainstorming and developing innovative features. We designed and prototyped a new platform that streamlined operations and enhanced user experience, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all functionalities.
🎯 Research and Discovery
Conducted interviews with golfers, staff members, golf pro shops, gold stimulation staff/visitors and golf course managers, analyzed existing systems, and performed market research to benchmark against competitors
🎯 Analysis and Ideation
Identified pain points, brainstormed innovative features, and developed detailed documentation for current and new functionalities
🎯 Design and Prototyping
Created an assets library based on Material UI, designed a functional POS prototype, simplified payment and refund processes, and created wireframes for inventory management



Learnings
Through this project, I learned the importance of balancing diverse stakeholder needs, the value of thorough research and competitive analysis, and the power of iterative design and prototyping. Efficient business operations, particularly in payment, refund, and inventory management, are key to enhancing user experiences and achieving operational success.
